2. 14-Day Refund Period

If you are not satisfied with RedactRocket, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

2.1 Proportional Refund Calculation

Refunds are calculated proportionally based on your actual usage of the service. The refund amount is determined by the following formula:

Refund = Subscription Price × (1 − Pages Used ÷ Page Limit)

2.2 Examples

For the Starter plan ($9/month, 100 pages):

  • 0 pages used → refund of $9.00 (100%)
  • 20 pages used → refund of $7.20 (80%)
  • 50 pages used → refund of $4.50 (50%)
  • 100 pages used → refund of $0.00 (0%)

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No refund is provided for cancellations after the 14-day refund period

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period
  • Renewal charges (you are responsible for canceling before renewal)
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • When 100% of the page limit has been used

5. Complaints and Service Issues

If you experience issues with the Service (e.g., the service is unavailable, critical functionality does not work), you have the right to file a complaint.

5.1 How to File a Complaint

To file a complaint:

  3. Describe the issue you experienced
  4. Specify the dates when the issue occurred

5.2 Complaint Resolution Time

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If we do not respond within this period, the complaint is considered accepted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
