RedactRocket provides an AI-powered document redaction service that helps users remove sensitive information from PDF documents.

2. Service Description

RedactRocket provides:

• AI-powered identification of sensitive information in PDF documents
• Natural language instruction-based redaction
• OCR processing for scanned documents
• Secure, permanent redaction with preview functionality
• Export of redacted documents without watermarks

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and subscribe to a plan. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Process documents you do not have the right to access or modify
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Document Processing and Data

When you upload documents to RedactRocket:

• You retain all ownership rights to your documents
• Documents are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers
• We do not access, review, or use your document content for any purpose other than providing the Service
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process uploaded documents

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is owned by Maciej Marek and protected by intellectual property laws. The RedactRocket name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Important: AI can make mistakes. You should always review redacted documents before sharing or publishing them to ensure all sensitive information has been properly removed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maciej Marek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid. You will retain access to the Service until the end of that period.

By us (with notice): We may terminate or discontinue the Service with at least 30 days' notice. In such case, termination takes effect at the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.

By us (immediate): We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. In case of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms for the following reasons:

• Changes in applicable laws or regulations
• Changes required by our payment processors or other service providers
• Introduction of new features, services, or subscription plans
• Technical changes to the Service infrastructure or security requirements
• Changes to our business structure or operations
• Clarifications or corrections to existing provisions

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect by posting the updated Terms on this page, updating the "Last updated" date, and, where possible, notifying you by email.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Changes will not apply retroactively to billing periods you have already paid for.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
